Autumn is synonymous of comfort food and dinner in good company!

I must confess, I love this time of the year when I can pull out my favorite wool sweater, my extra large scarf and spend hours cooking!

When Lisanne and I discussed themes we wanted to feature for fall, it was inevitable we would show you some of our favorite items in black and gold, two colours that are beautiful together and that we LÖV! Loving good food and receiving at home, we prepared a beautiful table for an evening in good company!

We didn't have to look very far to find the perfect items to set the table and the shelving unit for our dinner between friends. A stop at Clair de Lune/Kasa Living, as well as Linen Chest and we were totally inspired! Homesense wine glasses and H&M Home Bon Appétit napkins complete perfectly the look.

To make sure everything is at your fingertips, everything you need for drinks are placed on the shelves: glasses, cookbooks for dinner preparation, some plants from ZAXE (yes, ZAXE offers amazing plants of all kinds! You have to go take a look.), as well as the luminous sign from Clair de Lune to remind us of the theme of the evening!

A black and gold combo can bring two quite different style to your decor.

With high gloss materials like metal and lacquered finish, the look will be very glamourous. On the opposite, combine with wood and a touch of iron, your decor will become warm and cozy.
